Breakfast was a letdown; the lack of protein options left me feeling sluggish. Cleanliness was evident, but there was a slight musty smell. The staff was attentive, especially when they quickly returned my forgotten valuables. It’s a solid choice for a peaceful stay, but improvements in breakfast and maintenance would elevate the experience.

The accessibility to the Cherokee Casino just down the road makes this place perfect for anyone looking to have some fun, plus I loved exploring nearby attractions like the Blue Moon Elise and several art galleries all within a short drive, all while enjoying a clean and beautiful hotel with friendly staff; however, the breakfast options could definitely be improved to match the great experience of the stay.

The hotel has a charming garden with comfy furniture where you can relax and enjoy the view. The room was equipped with free toiletries and an am/fm alarm clock which was handy. I also appreciated the flat-screen TV for some evening entertainment. On the downside, there were a couple of issues that affected my experience. the carpeted floor in my room seemed a bit worn out and could use some cleaning or updating. while the housekeeping was sufficient, I did notice a funky smell coming from the AC unit, which turned out to be due to air fresheners placed directly on the vents. It was a bit off-putting. Despite those minor issues, my overall stay was pleasant, and I would consider returning in the future. It's a lovely location with friendly staff, but there are definitely some areas that could be improved to enhance the experience. Cheers!

The stay was a headache from the start. The front desk staff was more interested in their meal than professionalism, and the smoke from both cigarettes and weed lingered everywhere, despite being told smoking wasn't allowed. Super frustrating!

The room was extremely clean, which I appreciated. The soft bed provided a comfortable night's sleep, but a firmer option would be ideal for those who prefer it. Noise levels were pleasantly low, allowing for a restful environment. The TV could use more channels, and having a guide would be helpful. the room was pleasant with some minor issues that could use improvement.

The hotel is just a few steps away from the Cherokee Casino, making it super convenient for a night of fun, plus the cozy bed and clean room made for an excellent stay; I loved being able to stream my favorite shows on the TV and the staff were really friendly and welcoming. The view of the mountains from the hotel was beautiful and added to the experience, but I wish there had been a bigger breakfast selection.

New, clean, and welcoming. This lodge offers stunning 360-degree mountain views. The front desk staff, especially Meredith, is exceptional—friendly and genuinely helpful. The room was spacious with ample outlets and bright lighting. The bed? Arguably one of the comfiest I've encountered. Breakfast was a delightful experience, with fresh waffles made on-site. attention is needed in room maintenance. A locker-room odor and weak air conditioning marred the experience. A moisture issue was evident, which shouldn't be overlooked. For the price, I anticipated better upkeep. Friendly service can’t overshadow room quality. With minor improvements, this could be a top-tier destination. Potential—yes. But it requires the right focus on detail.

Enjoyed activities like hiking and fishing, had fun at the casino. The continental breakfast was a nice touch.
The hard mattresses and noisy metal frames felt like a medieval torture chamber. Great for DIY exfoliation.

the room with the whirlpool was very clean and the bed was super comfy - best place for sleeping in. Stonebrook Lodge is just down the road from the casino - making it super convenient. the front desk was so kind and accommodating to our service dog - Berwin.

Loved the comfy beds & friendly staff! The rooms were cozy & clean, and the continental breakfast was just what I needed to start my day. The location right off the highway was super convenient. Plus, there was a beautiful pool to relax in after work.
There was a funky smell in the room, like dirty socks, coming from the AC. Also, wished the price was a bit cheaper for what was offered. And it would have been great to have guest laundry or a gym on-site.

we had a wonderful stay at Stonebrook Lodge. the staff were friendly and attentive, and the hotel was super clean. the breakfast was a traditional continental breakfast, enough to hold us over until lunch. the location was easy to get to and in a pretty location with a view. the whole facility was wonderful, with comfortable rooms, awesome beds, and a well-stocked breakfast area.

Our stay at Stonebrook was pleasant, with clean rooms and friendly staff. The location was convenient, and the 24-hour coffee, tea, and hot cocoa were a nice touch. Although the breakfast could use some improvement, we enjoyed our stay overall. Overall I'd recommend this hotel.
